Brides in the UK who shared what they paid spent a median of £500 on the dress, with the middle half of 345 reports between £125 and £1,200; alterations ran a median £200 across 116 bills. UK brides report a far cheaper middle than US brides: Wed2B stocks roughly £600 to £1,000, mid-range boutiques £1,300 to £1,700, designer stores £1,500 to £4,800, and the Galia Lahav end £6,000 to £8,500.
